Atco Pharma for Pharmaceutical Industries, in collaboration with National Poultry Group, held a scientific seminar on poultry diseases. The seminar was attended by Professor Dr. Mustafa Bastami, Professor of Poultry Diseases and former Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. Dr. Bastami gave a lecture entitled “The Current Epidemiological Status of Poultry Diseases in Egypt.”

The seminar also featured a lecture entitled “How to Choose Antibiotics in Poultry Farms” by Professor Dr. Mohamed Hafez, Professor of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University. Professor Dr. Ashraf El-Koumi, Professor of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University, spoke about modern trends in drug therapy in poultry. The seminar concluded with a lecture entitled “Biosecurity in Poultry Farms” by Professor Dr. Mohamed El-Manawy, Professor of Poultry Husbandry at the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University.

The scientific lectures were held in an atmosphere of dialogue, discussion, and questions from the audience.
